Information is collected when you both visit the survey site and answer the survey questions. When you visit the third-party survey site, certain information is automatically collected about your device and online activity, which may include information about your web browser, IP address, location, and similar information as described in the third-party privacy notice or policy. This collection and use of this third-party site information is governed by Qualtrics’s Privacy Policy. When you answer the survey questions, certain personal information is collected including, without limitation, your opinions and preferences, and any feedback you provide in response to the survey questions.
Please do not share any sensitive information in your survey responses like your social security number, PTIN or EFIN, passwords, or account information.
Data collected will be used to help Drake better serve the needs of our customers by providing insight into our customers’ current use and needs including those related to their tax preparation business and customer support experience.
We process your information with Qualtrics for the limited purposes of helping us present and administer the survey. We may be required to share information with governmental agencies or other companies during such activities as fraud prevention or investigation.
Individual survey results will be retained for one year from the date the information was submitted by you. We retain anonymized, de-identified product and feature use data for so long as that information retains a useful business purpose.
